Another old discovery which I bought late.
Even though the basically old-school approach, Ossuary seems to push the boundaries of what death metal can be, by playing a slower kind of variant of the genre while blending it with influences from other extremes, breaking down the stereotype that death metal has got to be always so fast, technical and growl-ridden.
The vocals are really unique and if you can't hear the Bolt Thrower-ness of this record you're plain deaf.

Always beats me why potentially great bands like Xenotaph (their Media Morte murders the world, check that out!) go into hiatus while millions of shitty bands still run around free. Guys, wake up, the world needs you. YomaBarr
